The Murph is a hero workout dedicated to Navy SEAL Michael Murphy and consists of:
1-mile run 100 pull-ups 200 push-ups 300 squats 1-mile run
All fitness levels are welcome, whether you’re pushing for a PR or showing up for the first time, this event is about community, remembrance, and honoring those who made the ultimate sacrifice.
